Your EventAve planner will engage you in a collaborative process of designing and planning your event, and you can lead the way with your vision as much or as little as you would like.

    We encourage you to come to EventAve as soon as you are ready to start planning your event. This is especially important if you are targeting a specific event date. Although we have a vast network of great venues and vendors, the best vendors do book quickly.     Each EventAve planner is carefully vetted by our team. We look for event planners who are experienced, are organized and professional, and have that unique creativity and talent required to help you create a comprehensive event vision and bring it to life!

    We will match you with the most relevant EventAve planner based on your event type, style and timing. All EventAve projects kick off with a 30-min conversation with your EventAve planner. If for any reason you are unhappy with the planner we have selected for you, please reach out to us at hello@theeventave.com so we can fix the situation right away!

    Aside from your initial introductory call with your EventAve planner, all communications will happen over the EventAve dashboard. This keeps the event planning process easy and streamlined, and ensures that communications don’t get lost between multiple channels.

    When you launch an EventAve project, you will receive an email providing you with the login details required to access your dashboard. Each time your EventAve planner sends you a new message or is ready for you to review project updates, you will receive an email notification advising you to login to your dashboard.

    Of course! Please just note your request when you launch your new event planning project. If your previous EventAve planner is available, we would be happy to have you work with that person again.

    Absolutely! Your EventAve planner will be excited to approach any vendors you have in mind and can help provide you with a professional opinion on whether that vendor will be a good fit for your event. If you start the event planning process without any ideas on vendors, that is great, too! EventAve planners have a vetted network of trustworthy venues and vendors at their fingertips and are ready to make reliable and inspired recommendations.

    Yes, we do provide on-site, day-of event coordination services. Our day-of coordination professionals are prepared to manage on-site vendor coordination, set up and clean up, and ensure your event runs smoothly!

    Yes, because we work with a network of professionals, we are able to accommodate requests for day-of event coordination services after you start a project.

    If you let us know at the start of your event planning project that you would like to use the same professional for planning and day-of event coordination services, we will happily help you arrange that. If you decide at some point during your project that you would like to add on day-of event coordination services with your EventAve planner, we will do our best to accommodate, but it is possible that your planner will not be available. That said, the beauty of the EventAve platform is that it will be easy for your planner to get your day-of coordinator up to speed and prepared to help make your event day flawless!

    EventAve planners know the right questions to ask to get a comprehensive understanding of your event needs, personal style and budget and, in turn, identify the best venues and vendors for your occasion. That being said, if you are disappointed by your planner’s selections, they will happily go back to the drawing board for you to make it right!

    Yes, we can arrange meetings for you with the event venues we recommend. If you don’t have the time to visit a venue or are planning your event from afar, please don’t worry! We can set up video tours to help you get to know the event space and feel confident in your selection regardless of where you are.

    If you have no additional planning needs aside from booking the same vendor you worked with through EventAve, we would love to help you with that at no additional cost! Please email us at hello@theeventave.com with the vendor name and target event date and we will get you all set up!
